Here are few answers that may help you get started!


  • Where are you located?

    You can find us in Noor 4, Shop 13, Midtown by Deyaar in Dubai Production City.


    And the best part? We’re literally 8–15 minutes away from all the popular neighborhoods: 


    Motor City, JVC, Sports City, JGE, Studio City, Mudon, Damac Hills, Tilal al Ghaf, Dubai Marina (yes, even Marina girlies make it)


    So wherever you’re coming from… you’ll be here before your playlist even gets to the good part!

  • Are you ladies-only or do you have mixed classes?

    Rebalance is a women-only community. It’s your safe, calm, empowering space. 


    Only women enter the studio during classes, our entire team is women, and even our CCTV access is limited to the female owner. So you can move, stretch, and sweat feeling completely comfortable and at ease.

  • I’ve never tried Pilates. What should I do?

    No worries at all! Our instructors are basically superheroes—they’ll guide you step-by-step in your Beginner classes. Start with at least 3 Beginner sessions to get comfy.


    If you’ve had any injuries or health conditions, just let your trainer know before class. And try to come 10 minutes early so we can walk you through the machine and make you feel totally at ease. You’ve got this!

  • What should I wear to my Pilates and Yoga class?

    Think stretchy, comfy, and fabulous! Wear leggings or shorts and a top that lets you move freely—no shoes needed, mandatory grip socks for Pilates

    If you forget yours, no worries—we’ve got you covered with pairs available at the studio for AED 80.

  • How long is each class and when should I reach?

    Each class is 50 minutes of discovering muscles you didn’t even know you had! Please do come 5-10 mins earlier so we can book you in timely and get the fun started!

  • Can I eat before class?

    Sure, but keep it light! A full stomach + Pilates/Yoga = an interesting experience. A snack an hour or so before class works best. Save the pizza party for afterward.

  • How often should I come to class?

    Well, how much do you love feeling amazing? We recommend 3-5 times a week for maximum magic. Your body will thank you, we promise!

  • Will I see results quickly?

    Let’s just say, you’ll feel taller, stronger, relaxed and more fabulous before you know it. In 10 sessions, you'll feel a difference. In 20 sessions, others will notice. In 30? New you unlocked!

  • Do I need to bring any equipment?

    Just your enthusiasm! We provide the mats, reformers, and all the fun stuff. Just bring your body, your grip socks, and a can-do attitude!

  • Do you have changing rooms, toilets and shower rooms?

    Great question! We have a changing room in the reformer room. While we don’t have showers, there are toilets just a few steps away outside, behind our neighbouring building. We’re happy to guide you there if needed!

  • Do you have Parking?

    Yes, we have a lot RTA parking right infront of the studio and across the road. You can always call us if you need any further assistance with directions.
